Use of the App
Room Service hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use and only on an Apple or Android device (“Device”) as permitted by the applicable Platform Terms and in accordance with these App Terms (“User License”). All other rights in the App are reserved by Boushahri Group General Trading Company.
In the event of your breach of these App Terms we will be entitled to terminate the User License immediately.
You acknowledge that your agreement with your mobile network provider (“Mobile Provider”) will apply to your use of the App. You acknowledge that you may be charged by the Mobile Provider for data services while using certain features of the App or any such third party charges as may arise and you accept responsibility for such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the Device being used to access the App, you will be assumed to have received permission from the bill payer for using the App.
You acknowledge that where you use services provided by Apple or Google (or any other third parties) in connection with your use of the App, you will be subject to Apple’s, Google’s (or the applicable third party’s) terms and conditions and privacy policy and you should ensure that you have read such terms.

Returns
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
- Upon receiving your returned goods, we will inspect the items and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the items under the conditions stated in returns.

Delivery
- Room Service delivers orders in Kuwait by Company’s own fleet team.
- Once you have received the order, we will ask you for your electronic or physical signature. Your signature will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
- If you are not present at the specified delivery address, we can deliver the order to any person at the specified address and their signature on the order will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
- If we reach your address and fail to deliver the order, please contact our customer care service to arrange an alternative delivery time. We will not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered within a period of 7 days after the date of purchase.
